Take a break in nature. Forest bathing is proven to relax mind and body. The light, colors and scents makes us feel like home and walking in the forest gives us new energy and inspiration.

Shinrin-yoku | Take a break in nature

Shinrin-yoku is Japanese and is a term for slowly walking through the forest and absorbing sounds, scents and visual impressions.

Relaxing view and sound of water makes us feel calm.

The sound of the wind in the trees or the footprints of the dry leaves on the ground make us feel energetic and want to explore more. The loud sound of the woodpecker is pure magic and gives a sense of respect.
